Taught by a skilled chef in a highly modern and professional kitchen facility, you will be taught how to prepare a full typical Tuscan menu in about two and one half hour's time.
During the lessons the chef will explain the menu of the day, provide information on the types of ingredients used and how to choose them. At the end of the course a final dinner will give everyone the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned.
