Have an original day in Florence, learn the daily practices and tradition in the everyday cooking

The experience begins with a shopping trip to the Central market at San Lorenzo where the chef will explain the menu of the day and will provide information about how to select the best ingredients available according with the season.

Subsequently, at the school, the participants will prepare a full typical Tuscan menu using the same ingredients selected during the shopping trip at the market.

At the end of the course a final lunch will give everyone the opportunity to enjoy the fruits of your efforts in a jovial atmosphere.
