This was my fifth visit to the Hotel Alessandra, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. The service is excellent and everyone is very hepful and friendly. The location is fantastic being very close to the Ponte Vecchio and all other historical sites.

I can't say enough about this hotel! I recently stayed here for 2 weeks and I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! The staff is *** and all had their own cheerful personalities. Monty I would have to say was the most energetic, warming, welcoming concierge that I have ever met! The staff take time to get to know you and make you feel very welcome.
The hotel is in a great spot right on the heart of Florence. The hotel has history and it is an *** old fashion atmosphere. I loved how it was not modern like our hotels in Texas. I enjoyed having the window open and listen to the relaxing sounds of Florence.
Again, nothing bad to say about this hotel or staff from my opinion...and I would Highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would come and stay here again in a heart beat! :)

We are staying here right now! Location is fantastic, staff are wonderful and very accommodating. First night here and would definitely stay here again.
