We were extremely happy with our stay. The Quad room was large enough for my 9 and 11 year-olds and my husband and all of our luggage. The bathroom was also plenty large enough. The staff was superb. Monti made restaurant suggestions that were phenomenal. Andrea helped me with museum and train schedules and reservations. The breakfasts were grand. I especially loved my morning smiley face cappuccino! We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

We were a family of four. The Quad accomodation was excellent. Large well furnised room with a large private bathroom. The location of the hotel was awesome. Walking distance to all the FLorence highlights. Great Breakfast. Above all, the staff and the service was ***. We will definitely come back.

Cin Cin, Alessandra for a wonderful stay!!! Monti's restaurant recommendation, Zio Gigi, served our best meal in Florence, and his warm hospitality closed our evenings on a cheerful note! We also appreciated Andrea's assistance in our morning planning for the day, and the wonderful breakfast staff who served perfect cappuccinos! I do hope we can come back, soon!
