Cin Cin, Alessandra for a wonderful stay!!! Monti's restaurant recommendation, Zio Gigi, served our best meal in Florence, and his warm hospitality closed our evenings on a cheerful note! We also appreciated Andrea's assistance in our morning planning for the day, and the wonderful breakfast staff who served perfect cappuccinos! I do hope we can come back, soon!

We stayed here for our belated honeymoon and we adored this hotel. The staff (Cristiano, Monti, Andrea and ***) were very helpful and so kind. We loved Monti especially! If we ever go back to Fireze, we absolutely will be staying at Hotel Alessandra.
