We had a great time at the Hotel Alessandra. The location is central, but surprisingly quiet. Our room was almost bigger than our apartment (we had a junior suite), and the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. (Ciao, Andrea!) We will certainly stay here again the next time we're in Florence.

I highly recommend the Hotel Alessandra. The staff is wonderful - very helpful and friendly. They also speak English very well. The hotel is in an ideal location - on a quiet street near the Ponte Vecchio and just a few minutes (walking) from the train station and Duomo. Rooms are clean and charming and a decent breakfast is provided. I would definitely stay here again.

Really liked the hotel, great location a couple of blocks from the Uffizzi.
Unfortuneatley I broke my ankle while in Florence and the staff went out of their way to make the rest of my stay as comfortable as possilbe. I'll definitely stay their again and recommend it to anybody who goes to Florence.

What a great find! We loved our time in Florence and much of it was due to the fantastic stay we experienced at Hotel Alessandra. The room was uniquely decorated, very clean, spacious and cool. The staff was especially helpful in assisting us with reservations, directions and general information. The hotel offered a phenomenal location, as well. We've already recommended it to family and friends who are planning trips to Florence. Thank you for a lovely visit!

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Alessandra. The location was perfect -just off the main street with a pleasant quiet atmosphere. The booking was easy, quick, and affordable - a short ride from the Airport. Breakfast was excellent. Finally, the staff was curtious and helpful in orienting me for an efficient and effective business travel. I woudl reccomend to anyone.
