Where is the hotel situated?
In the heart of the old city, just few steps on foot from Uffizi Gallery, Old Bridge, Pitti Palace.

Do the prices indicated pertain to person or room?
All prices quoted are per room per day, services and taxes included.

Do you have a restaurant?
No we don't but there are plenty of good Trattorias, Restaurants and Wine-Bars in the area. Our staff will be happy to give suggestions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: after 1:00 pm
Check-out: before 11:00 am

Which credit cards does the Hotel accept?
Visa. MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.We also accept bancomat cards.

Once the booking is secured the credit card will be charged for the first night's cost or just hold as deposit?
The credit card will not be charged but simply hold as deposit.

What other forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash payments. You can also pay in advance with a wire draft.

Is Breakfast included?
Yes, we offer our guests a Continental buffet breakfast.

On which floor can the rooms be found?
Our rooms are distributes on 4 different levels. The main level is on the second floor of the building. There is an elevator to reach the reception that is 30 steps after the entrance.

What other amenities are found in the rooms?
Air conditioning and heating are included in all rooms at no extra cost. Also find a safety deposit box with private coding. In the bathrooms find hair-dryers, soaps.

What is the difference between the Standard and Superior Rooms?
All of our Superior Rooms are equipped with minibar and sitting area, some of these offer a magnificent view of the historical city or river view. The Standard rooms are however, lovely and spacious, but without minibar and sitting area. All rooms have digital safe and air dryer.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, most of our rooms are for non-smokers.

Do you have rooms equipped for the disabled?
No, sorry.

Do the rooms have telephones / TV's?
Yes, all rooms have TV with CNN Channel and phones with a direct outside line.

Which languages are spoken in the Reception Area?
Italian, English, French.

Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes you can.

How far is the nearest train station?
The train station of Santa Maria Novella is only a 1 Kilometre away from the Hotel. A taxi ride costs approximately €10, on foot it takes about 10 minutes.

Which is the nearest airport / how far is it?
The airport of Peretola Firenze is 5.5 kilometres from the hotel, about 20 minutes by taxi. A taxi ride costs approximately €20. A private navette service is available on request at an extra cost.

Where is it possible to rent a car?
1 Kilometre by the hotel you can find all the major car rental agencies available, therefore making it easy to rent a car. Our staff will be happy to help with the arrangements.

Is it possible to reserve tickets to museums and other events through the hotel?
Yes, of course. We have an authorized ticket service for national museums, like the Uffizi and Accademia, in order for our guests to avoid long ticket lines.

Does the hotel offer parking?
No, but there is a supervised garage near the Hotel the cost around €30,00 per day. Alternatively there is another secured garage about 10 minutes on foot by the Hotel ( 1 Kilometre) at a cost of €20,00 per day.
