A pleasant meeting in a typical wine cellar in the company of a wine expert in order to learn tasting techniques. Brief historical introduction to the wine and Chianti and use of glasses according to wines. Tasting of four prestigious wines made by selected Tuscan producers.
The sensorial analysis follows through visual, olfactory and tasting exam. The tasting will be served with typical Tuscan appetizer, cold cuts, cheese and bruschetta.
Enjoy an alternative afternoon tasting Tuscan wines and olive oil.
