Because all State Museums are closed on Mondays in Florence, Alessandra Hotel, in collaboration with the most historical Agency of Limousine Service in town, propose an unforgettable itinerary through the delightful hills of the Chianti countryside with an ever-changing scenery of vineyards and olive trees.

The visit includes a trip to San Gimignano, Siena and one of the most evocative medieval villages, Monteriggioni, enclosed by its famous walls, still intact. The tour heads back to Florence through the Chiantigiana (the famous SS. 222 also called "the Road of the Wine")

The aim of the Monday special is to offer a varied and enthusiastic experience while in search of the old traditions and the antique flavours of Tuscany

The meeting and departure point will be at 9 am at Piazza S. Trinità (In the immediate vicinity of the Hotel), and the return will be around 5:30 pm. at the same point of encounter.

The day will finish off at a famous Chianti vineyard with a wine tasting of before returning to Firenze.

Important notes:
The excursion is carried out with comfortable cars equipped with air conditioning and an English speaking driver giving the guest the opportunity to share private transportation for an easy and comfortable way to discover the famous Chianti Area without having to go through the trouble of renting a car or to use public transportation.

Note that the driver is at your disposal exclusively for driving purposes and is not a personal guide; once at your destination, you are on your own.

The minimum number of participants for the execution of this tour is 4 people while the maximum number of admitted participants is 8.

The dead line of participation to the tour must be confirmed by 6 pm of the Friday before the date of the tour in order to allow the correct organization of the same one.

The price (depending of the number participants) may range from a maximum of Euro 70,00 to a minimum of Euro 55,00 and must be paid in cash at the reception.
