For us Hotel Alessandra is like a home in Italia. We have stayed at the hotel a number of times and have just booked another visit. A large part of our retrurning to Florence (which we love) is to stay at Hotel Alessandra. Andrea Gennarini and La Signora Gennarini are warm and wonderful people...kind and helpful in every way. And a visit to Florence would not be complete without seeing Andrea who takes care of the hotel at night.
Hotel Alessandra is a very special place.

My wife and I returned to Florence for our honeymoon and stayed at Hotel Allesandra. Extremely knowledgeable staff, gave great food recomendations (ristorante celestino near ponte vecchio). One of the suites has a view of the Arno river. Will be returning again this summer and will plan to stay there again for sure.

My Wife and I stayed at Hotel Alessandra for 4 nights in a suite in April 2007. The suite was very large, clean, had a balcony with a view and the service was excellent. Andrea and the staff were extremely helpful with tourist advice, directions, and dining recommendations. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone going to Florence.

We have stayed at Hotel Alessandra a few times and always will return. A special thanks to Andrea and her family and Anrdea the night staff who always welcome us from Japan, NYC and now we will visit from Texas, USA. The rooms are so beautiful as is the breakfast. Staff members are so polite and the location is exactly where you would want to be while visiting Firenze!! A big thank you from us both for your exquisite Hotel. Our favorite, you feel like family.
