Good to Know!

Upon arrival to Hotel Alessandra, you will find an elevator/lift! right after a short climb up a staircase.
When you exit the lift, you will be warmly greeted at reception!

Lift

Hotel Alessandra is placed in a building dated 1507 where the lift starts 30 steps after the entrance on the street level.
Some other extra stairs may require to reach the room. If stairs are a problem may be Hotel Alessandra is not the ideal option.

Breakfast

Once is included in the rate breakfast is erved daily from 7.30 am to 9.30 am in our Breakfast room.

Choose from:
Breads, croissant, cereal, muesli, fresh fruit, eggs, sliced meats & cheeses, Yogourt.

Beverages:
Orange juice, wateer and teas, coffee, Cappuccino, Espresso, milk & chocolate.
*Freshly made cappuccino and espresso are available upon request.
*Celiac breakfast options available upon advance request when booking your hotel reservations.

Wi-Fi Internet Access

Hotel Alessandra offers an ‘Internet Point’ available in the Sitting room.
Free WiFi is also available throughout the hotel if you have your own portable device.

Concierge

Hotel Alessandra’s concierge services are available to accommodate guests while enjoying your stay here.
Requests range from laundry services, transportation rentals, ticket purchases for museums and live events.
If you have a request, don’t hesitate in permitting our professional staff to assist you.

Parking

Coming by car we suggest you to print the attached PDF map available also on line.
There are two garages close to this area: Garage Tornabuoni and Garage delle Terme.
We suggest to drive directly to the Garage and walk to the hotel (Around 100 meters on foot).
GPS in town is not working properly this is why we prefer to suggest you to print and follow directions from the web site. After your arrival at the selected Garage they will proceed with all needed steps to register the entrance of your car in the city center. Advanced booking for the car is suggested.
In general you will not use the car while in town. We suggest to consider also another garage placed 1km away from here, in this case we suggest to drive to the garage and reach the hotel by taxi since we are in the most central pedestrian area of town and there is no parking.

Private Guided tours throughout the Chianti region and Tuscany

Hotel Alessandra can arrange private cars with English speakers to escort you through medieval towns such as; Siena, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni.
Enjoy the vineyard and castle views and don’t forget to stop at the wineries for a wine-tasting!

Escorted Museum Visits or Guided Walking tours

Hotel Alessandra is happy to assist you in providing a private guide to explore the wonderful museums Florence has to offer or maybe you would prefer a walking tour, be sure to let us know.

Check in / Check out

Rooms are available for check in starting 14.00.
If you arrive earlier, Hotel Alessandra we will be happy to check in you immediately otherwise we will be happy to hold bags with us while you start to explore the city.
Room check out is at 10.30 am.
If you are staying in the city longer, feel free to store your luggage with us until your departure.
